Connectivity problems with the Mercedes GLE Class (2020): Cell phone connection and GPS not working

Hi guys, I have a problem with my Mercedes GLE Class (built in 2020, gasoline engine). Somehow I can no longer connect my cell phone and the GPS no longer works. Have you ever had experience with such connectivity problems? How did you solve it or were you able to have it repaired in the workshop? I'm really looking forward to your tips and experiences.

Hi, I also had a similar problem with my Mercedes CLA Class (built 2018, diesel). So, my experience is on the lower end, so not much. But I took it to my garage and they found a faulty coupling with the terminal. Figured something like that could be the fault because of comparison issues with connectivity in my car. I was lucky, it wasn't expensive, it only cost 45 euros to fix. Could you tell me a bit more about your vehicle? Maybe it could give me more details to help you better.

Hey, yeah, right! My GLE now has exactly 113939 km on the clock and the last service was recently. Maybe it has something to do with the update they did - I really have no idea. I actually thought Mercedes was more reliable... Well, I think I'll take it to the garage. Thanks for the tip!

Hey, no problem, always happy to help! Yes, maybe you're right about the update. Sometimes things like that can happen. With your mileage, there shouldn't really be such problems, but sometimes the devil is in the detail, isn't it? I hope the garage can sort it out for you quickly. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it won't be too expensive. Let us know what you find out. Good luck!

Hey, thank you very much for the encouraging words! That gives me hope. I'll take the car to the garage tomorrow and see what they say. After that I'll definitely get back to you and tell you what happened. Thanks again and have a great day!
