Implausible programming? What does that even mean? And no, I haven't tried anything. I don't even know where to start. What did you do to fix it?

Yeah, the error I got was related to the ECU. It's like the software went haywire. I didn't mess with it myself; I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They'll probably need a software update or recalibration. Cost me about 240€.

Okay, thanks! Sounds like I need to take it in. Hopefully, a software reset will do the trick. I'll post when it's sorted.

Sounds familiar. Something similar happened in my Corolla (not sure of the year), and it was a control unit issue. Is it possible that the programming of the control unit is implausible? Have you tried any troubleshooting?
