Hard to start? Not really, starts fine. But the power loss is brutal, especially on hills. Did your reader also point to the intake air temperature sensor? Anything else weird?

Yep, the diagnostic tool showed the same error: intake air temperature sensor. I didn't mess with it myself; took it straight to the workshop. Turned out the sensor was kaput. They swapped it out, and everything's been smooth sailing since.

Sounds like a trip to the shop is in order. Thanks for the heads-up! It was indeed the intake air temperature sensor - 155€ including labour. Much appreciated!

Whoa, sounds familiar! I had a similar experience with my Corolla hybrid. Check engine light, loss of power… Was it also hard to start sometimes?
