Corsa ABS Traction Problems

I'm having an issue with my 2007 Vauxhall Corsa diesel. The ABS light comes on and off, and I'm getting traction problems, sometimes the ABS just fails. Diagnostics suggest a speed signal fault. Could it be the control unit?

I had similar ABS and traction control issues in my Corsa. Did you check the transmission speed input sensor? A bad sensor can mess things up. Is it happening at all speeds, or just higher ones?

Thanks, I did consider the transmission speed input sensor. It happens at all speeds, but seems worse after driving for a while. Did replacing the sensor fix your problem?

It was more complex for me. Replacing the sensor helped for a bit, but the problem came back. The ECM was sending bad signals sometimes. I'd take it to a workshop for a proper check; it might save you some trouble.

Thanks. Based on that, I'll get it professionally diagnosed and check the ECM. I was hoping to avoid it, but it seems like a control unit issue is likely. The repair ended up costing me around 1000€, so be prepared.
