Corsa Brake Pedal Feedback

I'm having strange feedback from the brake pedal on my 2004 Vauxhall Corsa with a gasoline engine. Anyone else encountered this? Could undervoltage be the cause?

I had something similar with my Corsa. Felt like the pedal was fighting back, right? Check your brake calipers, especially if the car's been sitting. Could be rust or debris causing them to stick. How many kilometers are on it?

Yes, 'fighting back' is a good description. The mileage is about 185376 km. Did the issue happen all the time, or did it come and go? Any unusual noises, like squealing, from the brakes?

Mine was intermittent at first, then constant. No squealing, just the weird feedback. Given your mileage, and the fact that it's a Corsa, honestly, just take it to a reputable shop. Could be the master cylinder or something else, but messing with the brake system isn't worth the risk.

I took your advice and consulted a technician. Turns out worn brakes and undervoltage were contributing to the problem. The repair, including new brake rotors and a brake line inspection, cost 240€. Thanks for the help.
