Thanks for the quick reply! No obvious leaks that I can see, but I'll double-check in the daylight. When you say 'similar', was it definitely the crankcase ventilation, or could it have been something else?

Pretty sure it was the crankcase ventilation. Eventually took it to a workshop and they confirmed. Cost me around 360€ to get it sorted. I would recommend getting it checked out by a professional.

Sounds familiar. I had something similar with my Corsa, though I didn't get any smoke. Check engine light and power loss were the main symptoms. Could be the PCV valve sticking or leaking. Have you checked for any obvious signs of oil leaks around the engine?
