Corsa handsfree microphone failure

I had something similar with my Corsa. The speech recognition was awful, and the call quality was terrible with constant noise. Sounds like an audio input problem. Does the error message mention the audio system specifically?

Sorry, I should have given more details. It was the infotainment system. It needed to be replaced. With your mileage and the stored error, I'd suggest a workshop visit for a proper diagnosis. Seems like the most likely cause.

Thanks for confirming. I appreciate the advice. A workshop visit it is. I will post the outcome. It was a defective infotainment system and cost 815€ to repair.
