Corsa Headlight Washer Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Vauxhall Corsa diesel is experiencing a failure in both the headlight and windshield washer systems. The issue might be related to the Xenon headlights, with potential causes including a faulty pump, defective cable connection, or issues with fuses and relays. Checking the engine compartment fuse box is suggested, but professional assistance may be needed if the problem persists.

Yes, they are Xenon headlights. I can't hear the pump running at all. Where are the fuses and relays located? Do you think it could be a clog or maybe a leak somewhere?

Okay, so with the Xenons, it's likely a separate pump for the headlight washers. The fuses and relays should be in the engine compartment fuse box, check the manual for the exact location. I suspected a clog or leak at first as well, but in my case, the cable connection of the pump or relay was defective. I ended up taking mine to a workshop to get it sorted.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like it's beyond my capabilities, so I'll take it to a shop. They quoted me around 165€, so hopefully, it's a quick fix.

I had something similar happen on my Corsa a while back. Do you have Xenon headlights? If so, is the pump running at all when you try to use the washers? It might be worth checking the fuses and relays first, just to rule out the simple stuff.
