Corsa keyless access failure
Summary of the thread
The keyless access on the driver's side door of a 2022 Vauxhall Corsa stopped working, with a scan revealing an error related to the door handle electronics. A possible cause suggested was a faulty connection, specifically the door actuator cable or plug connection. The recommended solution was to check the wiring harness behind the door card, and ultimately, professional inspection confirmed a plug connection issue.

Thanks for the tip! Could you give me a bit more detail on where to find that wiring harness and what exactly I should be looking for? Anything that will help to point the finger specifically at the cable or plug?

It's usually behind the door card. Honestly, given the electronics involved, I'd just get it checked by someone who knows what they're doing. I think the cable was the culprit in my case as well. At least you can give the autoshop a hint in which direction to look.

Thanks, I'll take your advice and bring it in. It ended up costing 95€, which is okay I guess. Definitely a plug connection issue, like you predicted.

I had a similar problem with my Corsa. Couldn't tell you the year, but it sounds like the door actuator cable or plug connection is defective. Have you checked the wiring harness that goes into the door? That's usually where the problems start.
