Corsa Keyless Entry and Starting Issue

I've got a 2022 Vauxhall Corsa, gasoline engine, with around 200k km. Keyless entry is shot – unlocking and locking don't work. I also can't start the engine without the key in the ignition. I'm leaning towards a defective bumper antenna cable or plug connection. Anyone seen anything similar?

Sounds like what happened with my old Renault Megane. Keyless entry died, and it threw random errors. Did you check the antenna connection for corrosion?

I gave the connections a quick look, but nothing jumped out. Was it definitely the antenna connection on your Megane then?

Pretty sure. The workshop traced it back to a faulty connection at the antenna. Cost a fortune to diagnose. If you're seeing those symptoms, I'd get it checked out.

Appreciate the insight. Took it to a garage and you were spot on. They diagnosed a defective bumper antenna cable/plug connection as suspected. Cost me 95€ to sort.
