Yeah, mine was completely dead too. I messed around trying to figure it out but honestly, electrics are not my thing. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They sorted it pretty quick.

Thank you. I suspected as much and have taken it to a professional. Repair cost was 95€. They confirmed a defective cable or plug connection. The issue is now resolved.

I had a similar problem with my Corsa, though I can't remember exactly what year it is. Overheating is not fun! Was the fan not running at all, or was it running intermittently?
