Thanks! I haven't checked the fuses yet, good point. Which specific fuses should I be looking at? I'm not very familiar with car electrics, what do you mean? Is that difficult?

By 'fuses,' I am referring to small devices within your vehicle's electrical system, designed to protect circuits from overloads. Consulting your owner's manual is recommended, as it contains a fuse box diagram with specific fuse assignments for the car interior. Locate the fuse(s) associated with any interior accessories, power windows or the sunblind itself. If a fuse is blown, replacing it with one of the correct amperage is simple. However, if the new fuse also blows, it is a sign of more significant problems best left to a professional workshop.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I checked the fuses, and they seem fine. I'll take it to a workshop, they quoted about 330€ for repair. Seems like the motor is indeed defective. Thanks again!

I understand you are experiencing difficulties with your Corsa's sunblind. The symptoms you described strongly suggest an issue with the motor. Before a replacement, have you checked the fuses related to the car interior and related functions? Rule out simple electrical faults before assuming a mechanical failure.
