Corsa Terminal 30 Error

Thanks! I haven't specifically checked the ignition switch. How would I go about testing that, and could a faulty switch really cause this kind of widespread issue? I haven't noticed any other electrical problems besides the starting issue. Does it sound like it's probably pointing to the ignition then?

A dodgy ignition switch could definitely be the culprit, especially with those symptoms. Without proper diagnostic gear it's tough to pinpoint. Honestly, given it's an electric Corsa and you've already checked the basics, my advice is to bite the bullet and get it to a workshop. They'll have the right tools to trace the electrical fault properly. You dont want to keep guessing and spending money on unnecessary parts.

Understood. Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. It turned out to be a heavily discharged or defective battery causing the issue, triggering the Terminal 30 error. The final bill came to around 290€ for a new battery and fitting. Cheers!

Terminal 30 issues on modern cars are a pain. That's basically your constant power supply. Intermittent problems usually mean voltage drop somewhere. Have you checked the ignition switch itself? Are you seeing any other weird electrical gremlins besides the starting issue? It could also be a dodgy earth point somewhere in the system.
