Corsa Turn Signal Error
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Vauxhall Corsa diesel is experiencing a 'turn signal lamp defective' error, despite the bulbs being checked. The issue may be due to a corroded or loose connector, as similar problems have been resolved by inspecting and repairing the wiring harness. It is recommended to check the connections, particularly near the indicator stalk, and consider professional diagnostics if the error persists.

Interesting. You mean like, pull apart the connector and check for corrosion or loose wires? Is there a specific spot on the Corsa that's known to be a problem area, like near the headlight assembly?

Exactly. Think of it like a rusty pipe – the signal can't flow properly. On the Megane, it was near the indicator stalk. Since the error is stored, it is probably more than just a blown bulb. You should take it to a workshop.

Good shout. Took it to the shop; turns out it was indeed a defective cable/plug connection, just like you said. They charged me 95€ to sort it. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar gremlin with my old Renault Megane. Turned out to be a corroded connector. The wiring harness was acting like a dodgy switch, giving intermittent signals. Worth checking the connections before diving into deeper diagnostics.
