Interesting. Did the error also appear in the error memory? Do you remember what the repair process was like in your case? Did they replace the whole wiper system?

Yes, the error was also stored in the error memory. They didn't replace the whole system, just the sensor and some wiring related to it. It's like fixing a leaky faucet by replacing the worn-out washer instead of the entire plumbing system. Considering the error is stored and the system isn't working, you should have it checked by a workshop. A scan tool is needed to properly troubleshoot this.

Thanks for the info! I took it to the shop, and it turned out to be a faulty level sensor, just as you suspected. They replaced it, and the system is working perfectly again. Total cost was around 25€.

I had a similar issue with my Corsa. The warning light stayed on even after filling the washer fluid. I think the sensor might be faulty or there is an electrical issue somewhere. It's like having a smoke detector that keeps beeping even when there's no smoke.
