Corsa wont start

My 2006 Vauxhall Corsa (gasoline engine) won't start! I've got 163208 km on the clock. I think it's an engine control malfunction. The only symptom is that it just refuses to start. Could this be fuel injection?

Sounds frustrating. It definitely could be fuel injection, but there are a few things to check first. Have you had any other engine issues lately, like stalling or surging? It could be something simple, like dodgy cable connections on the battery. Give those a wiggle and see if anything changes!

I will check cable connections of the battery. But could bad engine software also cause that the engine does not start?

Yeah, possibly. Bad engine software can cause all sorts of weird issues, including a no-start. But before you start tearing into the engine's brain, definitely double-check those battery connections. And if nothing helps, go to the workshop. Without proper engine diagnostics, it's tough to say for sure.

You were right, it was just bad cable connections of the battery! The workshop charged me 155€ for fixing the issue!
