CR V AdBlue Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Honda CR-V diesel is experiencing issues with the AdBlue system, where the tank appears empty despite being recently filled, leading to an error message and the engine not starting. The problem is linked to the AdBlue not being correctly output from the tank to the dosing unit, possibly involving the SCR catalyst. The suggested solution is to visit a workshop for repair, which was confirmed necessary by a local garage.

Yeah, the error code definitely mentioned AdBlue and the injection system. Did you figure out what was causing your problem? I'm wondering if it's worth topping up the tank again, but I don't want to risk damaging anything further.

In my case, the garage confirmed that the AdBlue wasn't being correctly output from the tank to the dosing unit. You will require a visit to the workshop, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a local workshop, and they confirmed it's a problem with the AdBlue output, as you suggested. Quoted me around 250€ for the repair. I really appreciate the help!

I also drive a CR-V, and had similar symptoms. Error message, service light, and eventual no-start. Was the error code pointing towards AdBlue?
