CR Z automatic temperature control issue

Hi, I have a 2012 Honda CR Z hybrid with 190070 km. The automatic temperature control no longer works. An error is stored, and the AC doesn't switch on. I suspect the cable or plug connection is defective. Any ideas?

Hello! I had similar climate issues in my Honda CR Z. The temperature reading seemed off, and the climate control was erratic. I'd recommend checking the sensor itself because that could be the culprit.

Thanks. Do you remember which sensor it was exactly and how you fixed it?

Sadly, I don't know which exact sensor was faulty. I took it to a workshop, and they identified it quickly. Given the error code you mentioned and the symptoms, it’s probably best to get it professionally diagnosed. It cost me around 95€.

Okay, thanks. I'll take it to a workshop and have them check the sensor and connections. Hopefully, it's a quick fix like yours!
