Creta massage seat malfunction
Summary of the thread
The massage seat in a 2017 Hyundai Creta is malfunctioning, failing to switch on and showing an error. A potential cause could be a defective cable or plug connection. It is suggested to check these connections or consult a workshop for repair, which might involve a cost similar to a previous case of around 95€.

Thanks. Do you remember where the cable or plug connection for the massage setting is located?

I don't remember exactly, but after checking things myself, the workshop confirmed a defective cable or plug connection. The repair was around 95€.

Understood. Thanks for confirming. I'll take it to a workshop and expect similar costs.

I've had electrical issues with my Creta's upholstery. Have you checked the cable and plug connections? Could be a bad connection.
