Creta transport mode electrical malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Hyundai Creta diesel with 164,997 km is experiencing electrical malfunctions and navigation issues, seemingly stuck in transport mode. The problem persists despite checking the key fob and connections. A suggested solution is to disconnect the battery to reset the system, but if that doesn't work, a diagnostic scan at a workshop is recommended.

Could you elaborate on the electrical malfunctions you had? And did disconnecting the battery fix it, or was more needed?

Indicators didn't work, infotainment was dead, and power windows unresponsive. Disconnecting the battery didn't fix it for me. Sounds like you need a proper diagnostic scan. A workshop is your best bet.

Thanks. I'll schedule a workshop visit. Repair cost was 0€. Your input was invaluable.

I had something similar with my Creta. Does the engine start? Mine did, but everything electrical was going haywire. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to reset the system?
