Crider turn signal defect

Hey there! I had a similar issue with my Honda Crider, though it's not a hybrid. Is the flasher relay working overtime, or is it just one side that's acting up? Have you tried swapping the bulbs around to see if the problem follows the bulb or stays on the same side? Might be a simple bulb replacement, but electrical gremlins can be sneaky!
