Croma rear AC malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Fiat Croma diesel is experiencing poor air conditioning performance, particularly in the rear, accompanied by an error message and climate control malfunction. A potential cause could be a problem with the rear ventilation flap, possibly due to a faulty cable or plug connection. It is suggested to have a professional mechanic inspect and possibly repair the issue, as it may be beyond the owner's expertise.

Thanks for the tip! I haven't checked that yet. I don't even know where to start looking for the ventilation flap, to be honest. Where is the cable/plug located?

I'm not entirely sure where it is myself! My mechanic pointed it out. If you're not comfortable tinkering, maybe best to get a professional to take a look. It'll save you potential headaches!

Ok, thanks! I suspected it was beyond my capabilities. I'll take it to a workshop. Hopefully, it's just that cable issue. The mechanic quoted me about 95€, which seems reasonable!

I have a Croma too, although older. Sounds like a problem I had last year. Rear passengers complained about the lack of air. Did you check the cable or plug connection on the component? That's what caused my issue, according to the diagnostics.
