Croma Software Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Fiat Croma is experiencing a software fault, including an error in memory, general electrical malfunction, and non-functional navigation. The issue likely stems from a corrupted software module or control unit programming error. A suggested solution is to have the control units recalibrated and the system reflashed at a workshop, which has resolved similar issues for others.

Thanks! The problems appeared relatively suddenly. Before that, everything was fine. Any details on how you solved it?

Okay, sudden onset sounds even more like a software glitch. I couldn't fix it myself. Had to take it to the workshop to get the control units completely recalibrated. They reflashed the system; basically, they installed the software fresh. Since then it works great.

Thanks a lot for the info! Confirms my suspicion and helps a lot. I'll schedule an appointment at the repair shop for recalibration and hope that fixes it. Thanks again!

Sounds familiar! I had almost the same problems with my Croma. Sounds like a corrupted software module. Did the problems start suddenly, or gradually?
