Interesting. No starting issues, though. Everything seems perfectly normal, except for this damn error. Do you remember exactly what was happening when it showed up for you?

I don't recall exactly, but the error kept coming back. I would seriously advise that you have it checked at a repair shop. An ECU fault can cause a lot of issues on these cars.

Thanks. I appreciate the insight. Just got it back from the workshop, turns out it was an undervoltage issue causing the memory lock. Cost me 240€ to sort it out. Lesson learned!

Whoa, that sounds familiar. I have a Cronos too, and I had some weird electrical gremlins popping up. It also threw a similar error, something about a memory lock. Was yours difficult to start, or did you notice anything else acting up?
