I haven't tried any injector cleaner yet. How would I test the injectors? Can I do this myself, or is it best left to a professional?

Testing injectors properly usually needs specialist gear. If you're not familiar, I'd advise against DIY. A defective injection valve/injector sounds plausible given the symptoms. Probably best to take it to a workshop to get it diagnosed properly to avoid further issues.

Understood, I appreciate the advice. The workshop diagnosed a faulty cold start injector. The repair cost came to 515X€. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Sounds like it. Rough idle on cold starts is often fuel-related. Have you tried any injector cleaner? Or maybe get the injectors tested to see if one's acting up? Could be a fuel injection problem.
