Thanks for the reply! The onboard diagnostics mentioned something about the ECU, suggesting a possible software issue. Did your diagnostics also point towards ECU problems or the control unit? And did you also get a software pushed to fix it?

Yes, it was definitely related to the ECU. From what I remember, the problem was with the control unit's software. The workshop mentioned something about an implausible programming, or at least the fault code pointed in this direction, and suggested that the unit would have to be reprogrammed. Given your symptoms and the diagnostics, it sounds like you're facing the same issue. I'd strongly recommend taking it to a reliable workshop to get it checked out, they can probably re-flash the ECU with the latest software. It’s probably the control unit having some issues.

Thanks for confirming! I'll take your advice and book it in for a reprogramming. It's good to know I'm not the only one who has faced that issue. I will let you know the results of the workshop visit.

Interesting. I had a similar problem with my Crossland X a while back, although the symptoms weren't exactly the same. I also got the error memory problem and the navigation failing, it drove me nuts. I didn't see any electrical malfunctions. What did the onboard diagnostics say exactly? Did it point towards a specific control module?
