Crossland X Erratic Lighting

I'm experiencing an electrical problem with my 2020 Vauxhall Crossland X (gasoline engine). The mileage is at 153617 km. The lights are behaving erratically; they switch on seemingly at random, and the car's computer has stored an error related to the lighting system. I suspect it could be a faulty light switch or a problem with the associated wiring. I've checked the fuse box, but everything seems normal there.
