Crossland X Ignition Error

Hi, I'm having a strange issue with my 2018 Vauxhall Crossland X diesel. It's showing an error related to 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted' and the engine won't start. The car only has 24428 km on it. I suspect it might be a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I'm thinking of checking the fuse box, circuit break, relay switch, and ignition switch. Any advice on where to start with the power supply?

Oh my goodness, I think I might have experienced something similar with my Crossland X! My car exhibited similar symptoms not too long ago. The engine refused to start, and there was some obscure error message. I'm not mechanically gifted, but I remember being absolutely terrified. What exactly does 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted' even mean?!

That sounds very similar. Can you recall any more details about the error message or what eventually resolved the issue? Did you check any of the components yourself, or did you take it straight to a workshop?

I'm afraid my technical expertise is severely limited. Now that I think about it, the error was indeed related to the ignition system. I did not dare to check any components myself! I took my Crossland X straight to the workshop, and they sorted it out for me. It might be best to consult a professional in this case. They will probably be able to diagnose the problem accurately and efficiently.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I took it to a local mechanic, and it turned out to be a faulty connection as suspected. The repair cost was 95€. All sorted now!
