Thanks for the insight. I visually inspected the accessible fiber optic cables, but found nothing obvious. Were your symptoms exactly the same - complete audio loss and navigation failure? And did you manage to fix it by yourself?

Yes, the symptoms were identical. I'm afraid further investigation often requires specialized diagnostic tools. Based on my experience, I'd recommend a workshop visit for proper diagnosis and repair. MOST bus faults can be tricky, and the cost can go as high as 1000€.

Understood. I appreciate the confirmation and advice. I'll take it to a workshop as suggested. Turns out it was exactly as you said. Replacing the faulty unit solved the problem.

I had similar issues with my Crossland X, though I couldn't pinpoint the exact year when it occurred. Loss of audio and navigation points to a MOST bus problem, potentially a break in the data transmission. Have you checked for any obvious damage to the fiber optic cables?
