CrosslandX Damping Adjustment Fault

My 2018 Vauxhall CrosslandX with a gasoline engine has a damping adjustment fault. Error's stored, warning light's on, and the ride's bumpier than it should be. I suspect a cable or plug connection issue, but where do I even start? Has anyone else had this?

I had a similar problem with my CrosslandX. Is the ride feeling generally less comfortable, or does it seem worse on one particular side? I would also suggest checking all the connections you can find before doing anything else.

The ride's generally rougher, not just on one side. When you say 'all the connections', are we talking every single cable and plug I can find related to the suspension? That sounds like a nightmare!

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. It is tedious, I know. If you're not comfortable doing that kind of check yourself, it might be best to take it to a workshop. It ended up costing me 95€ to get sorted.

95€, huh? Good to know. I'll probably just get it booked in. Thanks for confirming it's likely the same issue – saves me chasing ghosts!
