Summary of the thread
A 2017 Vauxhall CrosslandX diesel exhibited issues such as a check engine light, rough running, stalling at idle, and jerking during acceleration. Yeah, I gave the wiring a quick look, didn't see anything obvious. But what exactly should I be looking for? Like, how would a bad connection even cause all these symptoms?

A bad connection can cause intermittent signals, leading to incorrect fuel delivery. This results in rough idling, stalling, and jerking. Given the symptoms, and that you suspect the fuel pressure sensor, it's best to get it checked professionally to avoid further issues. Could be more than just a loose wire.

Took it to the shop; you nailed it. Fuel pressure sensor cable was indeed fried. 95€ later and she's purring like a kitten. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a fuel delivery issue. Could be the pressure sensor, or maybe even a fuel injector problem. Have you checked the sensor's wiring harness for any damage or loose connections?
