CrosslandX hands free microphone faulty

Hi, I have a 2018 Vauxhall CrosslandX diesel. The hands-free microphone seems to be faulty. Telephony is no longer possible, and an error is stored in the error memory. I've tried pairing my phone again and checking the volume settings, but nothing seems to work.

I had a similar issue with my CrosslandX. Was voice recognition also affected, and did you notice any problems with ambient noise cancellation during calls? Does the error message point to a Bluetooth issue or something related to the audio system?

Yes, voice recognition is also not working. I haven't paid much attention to the ambient noise. How did you solve the problem?

In my case, the infotainment system was defective. I suggest you have a workshop check the error memory. Replacing it was the only solution.
