CrosslandX Key Battery Low

I haven't replaced the battery yet, as I wanted to be sure that was the problem. The second key works perfectly, so could it be something else?

Given that the second key works fine, it almost certainly confirms the issue lies solely with the battery in the first key fob. While there's an extremely remote chance of a deeper issue with the fob itself, the 'low battery' warning coupled with the functional second key points directly to a depleted battery. I'd advise a trip to the workshop.

Replacing the battery in the key fob did fix the issue. The workshop charged 37€, including the battery and labor.

It certainly sounds like the key fob battery is the most likely culprit. Have you tried replacing it already? Also, do you have a second key, and if so, does it do the same thing?
