Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the voltage at the ignition switch directly. Do you know where I can find a reliable wiring diagram for the 2023 Crown to pinpoint the exact wire to test? Also, is there a common ground location that often corrodes on these cars?

Wiring diagrams should be online, or in a repair manual. Ground locations vary, but check near the fuse box and engine block. Honestly, with electrical gremlins like this, it's often quicker to let a workshop diagnose it properly.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I took your suggestion and brought it to a local shop. Turns out it was a corroded connector in the wiring harness, just as the error code suggested. Repair cost me 95€. Appreciate the help!

Sounds like an annoying problem. Did you check the voltage at the ignition switch? Could also be a grounding issue somewhere.
