Crown Ignition Interrupted

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my 2023 Toyota Crown (electric engine). I've got 161951 km on the clock. The car simply won't start, and the error memory is showing 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted'. It seems like a defective cable or plug connection could be the culprit. I've checked the fuses related to the ignition and power supply, but they all seem fine. Has anyone experienced anything similar, or have advice on checking the ignition switch or the wiring harness?

Sounds like an annoying problem. Did you check the voltage at the ignition switch? Could also be a grounding issue somewhere.

Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the voltage at the ignition switch directly. Do you know where I can find a reliable wiring diagram for the 2023 Crown to pinpoint the exact wire to test? Also, is there a common ground location that often corrodes on these cars?

Wiring diagrams should be online, or in a repair manual. Ground locations vary, but check near the fuse box and engine block. Honestly, with electrical gremlins like this, it's often quicker to let a workshop diagnose it properly.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I took your suggestion and brought it to a local shop. Turns out it was a corroded connector in the wiring harness, just as the error code suggested. Repair cost me 95€. Appreciate the help!
