Crown Rail Pressure Sensor Issue

I've got a 2021 Toyota Crown hybrid that's giving me grief. It's got about 47k km on the clock. The check engine light popped on, and it occasionally stalls at idle. I've also noticed a definite drop in engine power. After scanning for error codes, it points towards a faulty rail pressure sensor signal. Anyone seen this before?

I had a similar issue with my Crown. Symptoms sound identical: check engine light and stalling. I'm wondering, did you notice any difference in fuel consumption or any unusual noises before this started happening?

Fuel consumption seems normal, and no strange noises that I've noticed. Just the stalling and power loss, along with the light. Was your error code specifically pointing to the pressure sensor?

Yep, exactly the same error code. I replaced the sensor myself at first, but the problem persisted. Turned out there was a deeper electrical issue causing the sensor to give false readings. I would suggest getting it checked by a professional.

Thanks for the insight. Sounds like I'm heading to the workshop. The repair set me back 240€, but at least it's running smoothly now. Appreciate the help!
