Cruise control error in the Audi TT 2019: experience and advice wanted

Hi guys, I've really been racking my brains. I'm currently having a few problems with my 2019 Audi TT (petrol) with a mileage of 97654 km. Cruise control doesn't want to work anymore and keeps showing errors even though it doesn't make any. Who has had similar problems? How did it turn out at the mechanic? I haven't had such great experiences the last few times, so I'd like some advice before I go back to the garage. Thanks a lot!

Hello, I once had a similar problem with my 2016 Audi A4. The control unit was also defective. It was not an easy task at all. In fact, the entire control unit had to be replaced as it was not possible to repair it. It was a serious fault, but luckily the garage was able to solve it. They ordered the device and then installed it. It took a few days for the new part to arrive, then another day to install it. But after that the car ran without any problems. So, I would suggest that maybe you get that checked as well. Like I said, it was a pretty big job, not a simple fault that was easy to fix. Hope this helps you a bit. Good luck!
