Cruze Transport Mode Active Electrical Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Chevrolet Cruze diesel displayed a 'Transport mode active' message and a general electrical malfunction warning, with the navigation system not functioning. The issue was suspected to be a software glitch related to the car's electronics. Initial suggestions included checking the battery connections and fuses. Ultimately, a software refresh at a workshop resolved the problem without any cost.

Interesting! By main power supply, do you mean like the battery connections and fuses? Or is there something else specific I should be looking at?

Yeah, start with the basics - battery terminals, connections, and the fuses related to the electrical system. But honestly, with that 'Transport mode active' message, it might need a software refresh or diagnostic check at a workshop. That's what I ended up doing.

I appreciate the insight. Turns out you were spot on, I booked it in for a service, and it was a software issue. All fixed without costing me a penny. Cheers!

I had something similar happen with my Cruze. Not sure what year yours is, but mine was doing funky things with the electronics. Did you try checking the main power supply?
