CT200h Air Conditioning Malfunction

My 2015 Lexus CT200h hybrid has nearly 200k km on the clock. Recently, the air conditioning has stopped cooling properly, and I'm getting an error related to the rear ventilation flap. The climate control seems to be malfunctioning overall. I suspect it affects the rear passengers. Anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar issue with my CT200h. Have you checked the cable and plug connection to the flap actuator? That was the culprit in my case. Is the error message specific?

Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly is that located? And do you remember the exact error code? I didn't write it down, unfortunately. But I was told that the error is stored.

Okay, I remember now. I had problems with the air distribution in the back. It's best to have the system diagnostics checked at a workshop. I paid 95€ for the repair. It really was just the plug.
