CT200h Brake Light Error

Alright Lexus fam, I'm pulling my hair out here. My 2022 Lexus CT200h hybrid is throwing some seriously weird codes. I've got about 127940 km on the clock. Basically, the brake lights aren't working sometimes, and I'm getting an error message popping up on the infotainment screen. I scanned it and it's saying something about a faulty brake light switch. I'm pretty sure I didn't mess with anything related to that, so I'm scratching my head. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

I had a similar issue on my CT200h. Error stored in the error memory and the tail light was malfunctioning. Have you considered a potential user-induced error?

User-induced error? How do you mean? I haven't touched anything related to the brake switch, or at least I don't think I have!

In my experience, the error message was caused by a software problem. I recommend visiting a professional to address the issue.

Thanks for the tip! I took it to my workshop, and they looked at the error memory, cleared the codes and refreshed the system. Apparently, there was indeed a software issue causing the false error with the brake light switch and it didn't cost anything! I really appreciate your help!
