CT200h Climate Control Failure

Climate control panel on my 2022 Lexus CT200h hybrid has completely stopped working. Error stored, heating output is too low, and AC won't switch on. Fuses are fine. Thinking it might be a defective cable or plug connection. Similar experiences?
