CT200h Engine Knocking And Power Loss

I'm experiencing a concerning issue with my 2020 Lexus CT200h hybrid. It's done 103105 km. Lately, I've noticed a distinct knocking sound, which seems to be coming from the engine itself. The symptoms include reduced engine power, a jerking sensation when accelerating, and visible smoke during acceleration. Also, an error code is now stored. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Could it be related to the knock sensor?

I also have a CT200h, and a knocking sound accompanied by power loss and jerking reminds me of when I had contaminated fuel. Was that also paired with any check engine lights?

Deposits could be the source of the issue. If the symptoms remain despite changes in fuel quality, I would recommend visiting a qualified workshop.
