CT200h Exhaust Leak Rough Idle

The rough idle seems to be there all the time, maybe slightly less noticeable at higher RPMs. I'll try to get the exact error code from the ECU reader tomorrow. A vacuum leak... I hadn't considered that. Where should I be looking for that?

Constant rough idle isn't ideal. Definitely get that error code; it's crucial. Based on my experience, and without the code, I'd lean away from ignition coils for now. A vacuum leak is possible, but given the symptoms, I'd suggest a thorough exhaust system inspection. In my case, the issue ended up being a small crack in the exhaust manifold, causing all sorts of weird readings. I suggest visiting a workshop.

I got the error code read, and it pointed to an exhaust leak, just like you suspected. I took it to the workshop, and they found a crack in the exhaust system. Repair cost me about 265€, but the car is running smoothly again! I appreciate your help!

I had a similar issue with my CT200h. Does the rough idle smooth out at higher RPMs, or is it consistently rough? Also, can you get the exact error code from the ECU? That would help narrow things down. It could be a vacuum leak too. The hybrid system can be sensitive to even small imbalances.
