Voltage? You mean of the car battery, or the battery in the key fob itself? And if it's the fob, is it a special type of battery?

Sorry, should've been clearer. I meant the fob battery. On my Bimmer it was a standard CR2032 button cell, but Lexus might be different. Honestly, unless you're comfortable messing with electronics, just swing by a workshop. I tried replacing mine myself and nearly bricked the whole thing. Cost me way more in the long run!

Cheers for the advice! Ended up just getting the battery replaced at a local shop, cost me 37€. Problem solved!

Ugh, that's the worst! I had something similar happen with my old BMW. The key fob started acting up, and then bam, dead as a doornail. Keyless entry was kaput, and I swear the car was judging me every time I had to manually unlock it. Check the voltage, could be a simple fix.
