CT200h rough running and stalling

Rough running and stalling on a hybrid CT200h sounds concerning. Higher fuel consumption and power loss definitely point to a fuel delivery issue, which could very well be a dirty injector. Have you noticed any unusual smells, perhaps like unburnt fuel? When was the last time you cleaned the fuel injectors or used a fuel system cleaner?

No unusual smells that I've noticed. I haven't used any fuel system cleaner previously. Should I try using an injector cleaner first, or would that just be a waste of time considering the symptoms?

While injector cleaner might help, with those symptoms, especially the stalling, it's probably past the point where a cleaner will fully resolve it. Dirty injectors are a common issue, but causing that much disruption means you have significant clogging. I'd advise taking it to a workshop to have them properly diagnosed and cleaned, or potentially replaced. Continuing to drive it in that condition could risk further damage.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were spot on. Defective injection nozzle. Repair cost me 515€. Runs like new again.
