CT200h Tire Pressure Sensor Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2012 Lexus CT200h hybrid displayed a 'Tire pressure too low' warning and a tire pressure sensor fault, despite manual checks confirming correct tire pressures. The likely cause was identified as a dead sensor battery, common at this vehicle age. The issue was resolved by replacing the sensor, which cleared the error message.

I did check the air valve, it seems to be fine. Was the fix also a sensor issue, or something else entirely?

Yep, turned out to be the TPMS sensor battery in my case as well. If the valve is okay, I'd bet that's your culprit, too. Probably best to get it checked at a workshop, though, just to be sure.

I appreciate the insight! Turns out you were spot on. Took it to the shop, and they confirmed it was a dead sensor battery. Replaced the sensor, and the error's gone. Cost me around 280€, but at least it's sorted!

Sounds familiar! I had almost the exact same issue with my old Volvo. Same symptoms, same head-scratching. Did you try checking the air valve?
