CT200h Transmission and Radiator Oil Pressure Issue

My 2012 Lexus CT200h hybrid with 137347 km is having issues. The transmission indicator and check engine lights are on. The car goes into emergency mode, and the automatic transmission slips and feels unclean. Sometimes there's a grinding noise. I scanned it and it says something about a radiator oil pressure issue. Could a defective cable or plug connection be causing this? Has anyone seen this before?

Strange, I had similar symptoms on my CT200h a while back. Transmission acting up, lights all over the dash… Was it throwing any specific error codes related to the cooling system or transmission?

Yeah, the error code pointed towards the radiator oil pressure being defective. That's why I'm thinking it might be a bad connection somewhere. Did your error code also say radiator oil pressure?

Ah, radiator oil pressure, yes! In my case, it was a faulty connection. Honestly, I wouldn't mess with it too much yourself. Best bet is to get it checked out by a workshop. Could save you a headache.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking too. Took it in, and you were right it was a corroded connector on the oil cooler line. A new connector and some cleaning, and it's running like new! Cost me 95€, but well worth it to avoid any more problems. Appreciate the advice!
