Thanks for the quick reply. Can you tell me more about the specific temperature sensor that caused the issue? Also, do you remember the error codes? I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine.

Honestly, I can't tell you exactly which temp sensor it was. I'm no mechanic. It was something the shop told me after they checked it out. They said it was reading the wrong temp, which was preventing the heater from starting. I do not remember the error code at all. My advice would be just take it to the shop and get it checked out, it could save you a lot of hassle.

Thanks, that's helpful. I booked it in for a professional assessment. The workshop confirmed a defective glow plug, and I authorized the repair. The estimated cost is about 440€. I'll post the resolution for other members who may have this issue.

Hey, I had something similar with my Cube. The aux heater just wouldn't kick on, and the dashboard lit up. I was pulling my hair out. Did you check the temperature sensor? That was my problem, or at least I think so? I am not very experienced. Replacing that fixed it, but it could also be a blown fuse for the heater core, you know?
