Yeah, I had a quick look at the plug, seemed okay. What exactly did you find was the problem on your Cube? Was it definitely the plug?

Turns out, on mine, the plug looked fine at first glance, but one of the pins inside was corroded. It's a pain to spot. Honestly, after messing with it for an afternoon, I just took it to a shop. They sorted it pretty quick. Might be worth considering if you're stuck.

Okay, thanks for the tip! I'll have another look at the connector pins more closely. If not, I'll probably do the same and take it to a shop. They quoted me 95€ for fixing the cable or plug connection, so fingers crossed it's that. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had something similar happen with my Cube. The error codes were pointing to the oil level sensor too. Have you checked the wiring and the connector to the sensor itself? A bad connection could cause those symptoms.
