Hey there, appreciate your quick reply! Bummer about the expenditure for your Logan but it's good to hear you got it sorted out. So, okay, let's think... The error shows up pretty unusually, but I've noticed it mostly when I'm stuck in traffic or something. No weird noises, only that persistent check light. It’s on constantly once the car is running. Other than that, everything seems to be functioning just as usual. She's got 148688 KM on the clock and had her last service just before a couple of months, but everything was smooth sailing then. This confused me even more since I've taken good care of her. I guess I’ll have to take her down to the local mechanic! Thanks again appreciate your help!

G'day again thanks for getting back with the extra details! Yeah, it does sound pretty confusing, eh? Especially since your Spring is so fresh off the line. And good on you for taking care of your ride! Given that the check light stays on all the time, it surely points to a persistent issue that's being detected. But don't fret, it might not be as scary as it sounds. Sometimes, these little lights can be awfully sensitive. And you say the problem pops up mostly when in traffic...I'm just throwing wild guesses here, but could be some sensor's getting its wires in a twist with heat or something. I'd definitely recommend you swing by your mechanic. It's always good getting a professional's perspective. Plus, they should be able to read that coded fault for you to give you a better idea of what's going on. If it turns out to be a linkage problem like mine, well the cost varies, but I reckon on the Electric models it could be a bit higher than my old Logan's repair but hey, who knows. Hope this helps a bit more. Chin up! And keep me posted, curious to hear when you get it sorted!

Cheers for the detailed insight! Seems you've been around the block with car troubles yourself, eh? I've scheduled an appointment with my mechanic in two days, so fingers crossed it's nothing too serious. I reckon some sensor might indeed be the culprit, can't shake off the feeling. I'll keep you posted on how things go down. It's all a part of the adventure, innit? Thanks for sharing your experience and for the comforting words, really helped me calm down a tad! Safe driving!

Hey, that's a pickle you're in huh? I have a Dacia Logan MCV (2019 model), so close enough to your Sprint. Now mind you, I'm not a walking mechanic guidebook or anything, but I do tinker around my wheels quite a bit. Sounds like you might have the same issue I did a while back - a defective linkage. Took my Logan to my local workshop. Good ol' Joe (the mechanic) dropped me a hint it might be the linkage. And voila! Turned out he was spot on. The repair set me back around 210€, not the lightest hit on the wallet but hey, at least the problem's solved. But hey, let's see if I can help you out a bit more. Can you give me more info? Like when does the error pop up usually, and any weird noises? Your check light, is it always on? Any other symptoms you noticed? The devil's always in the details after all!
