Thanks for the quick response! Cable and plug connections... that sounds complicated. Where exactly should I be looking for these cable and plug connections? And how can I identify a defective connection? I am not very savvy when it comes to car repairs, so detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I understand. It might sound complex, but it's often quite straightforward. However, since you are not experienced, and considering it's an electric vehicle with potentially high voltage components, I would strongly suggest taking it to a workshop. In my case, it turned out to be a corroded connector, and a professional replaced it quickly. They have the right tools and knowledge to diagnose and fix it safely.

Alright, thank you very much for the advice! I'll take it to a workshop as soon as possible. The mechanic confirmed it was indeed a defective plug connection as suspected, and the repair cost me 95€. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

I had a similar issue with my old Opel Corsa – though that was a petrol engine, not electric. The error message was slightly different, but the symptoms were the same: terrible ride quality and a warning light that wouldn't go away! Did you check the cable and plug connections of the damping components? Often, a loose or corroded connection can cause these kinds of errors. What kind of error code are you getting?
